- Black Tourmaline - lends us feelings of safety and self-confidence by supporting the balance of our chakras and keeping us grounded in the here and now.
- Malachite - is closely associated with the Heart Chakra, and has been called the "stone of transformation" because it calls to attention any emotional pain so it can be healed.
- Red Jasper - is a powerful healing and protection stone that helps stabilize the body's energetic balance in times of stress.
- Amethyst - is the most widely recognized stone associated with calming anxiety, as it soothes irritability, balances mood swings, and dispels anger and fear. It is also said to improve or activate spiritual awareness, which also helps keep anxiety under control.

TRANQUIL MIND BRACELET
This bracelet is handcrafted using natural gemstones and lava beads. The crystals have been carefully sourced so they are not dyed. Each bracelet will be infused with Reiki Energy before being shipped to you.
Lava stones
- are created when molten rock from a volcano cools and hardens. Gases released produce small holes.
- These porous lava stones provide an excellent way to carry your essential oils with you.
- Simply add a few drops to the lava stones, wait for a few minutes for the oils to be absorbed, and enjoy. The smell will last for the full day.
