Also known as Heliotrope, Bloodstone is considered the birthstone for the month of March.

Bloodstone is associated with the Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, and Heart Chakras, and is also connected to new beginnings. It’s focus is to shift away from situations that no longer serve you, and support you in making clear decisions that invite wellness on many levels throughout your life. It is a stone that encourages us to be present in each moment, keeping anxieties low.

The colours in this stone are deep green, bright red, and sometimes have streaks of white, yellow, orange, and brown.

Lava stones

are created when molten rock from a volcano cools and hardens. Gases released produce small holes.
